Port Authority Gijón signed earlier this year an R+D agreement with QAISC to implement the new QAISC AI Maritime Visibility solution which integrates a high performance PTZ optical camera, an AIS receiver and a powerful edge computer with integrated communications.

The objective of the collaboration is the development of new port applications focusing among other in new products for maritime safety enhancement in the outside anchoring areas and mineral deposits.
